Draconian Reptilians have a set of mental capabilities. Reptilians are capable of telepathy. They can transfer their thoughts to someone else's mind to communicate. But having evolved around the central facet of dominance, hierarchy and war, Reptilians have evolved a way of using their mental powers to not only speak to someone's mind, but they can also transfer their mind powers into someone else to exert power over them.
A Reptilian can push, turn over, toss and throw, and in other ways move around someone else's body. I have also called it a wrestle or the Reptilian conquest.
Reptilians talk about ruling certain humans. Black Ones certainly, while not technically Reptilians, are capable of possessing individuals.
